I am printing my own wedding invitations and have a problem. there is too much space between my name &?
my fiance's name, for example Billy Joe to Joe Billy. the word " to" has to come up under my name. there is too much space between mine & his. tried everything and nothing works. have to fix this before i print... please help...ty

dates on them was wrong. instead of the 21th of april, we av 28th of april. but we av nt send any out yet. i'm so confused, i dont know if i should use the white out to correct the date. cos i'm so crushed on burget?
Is there a significance behind the use of “request the honor of your presence” in wedding invitations?
Several etiquette sites that I have checked have said that request the honor of your presence must be used for church weddings and " request the pleasure of your company" is to be used for secular weddings. My fiancee, unawares of this, had chosen wording different from either. I figured it was worth checking to see if anyone knows if there is any significance to which phrase is used. We're not horribly worried about offended obscure rules of etiquette, but we also don't want to risk some set of relatives feeling that the marriage was not properly conducted.

How to whittle down your wedding invitations?! Please help!?
BF and I are talking about our wedding and discussing guest list. We both want a small, intimate wedding. Problem is, my family is so ungodly enormous. If I invited all of my first cousins, we wouldn't be able to afford the reception. Or chairs. Plus, I'm not a huge fan of some of them, and would be inviting because I felt obligated. Some have never even met BF. Can I just invite some cousins but not others to keep our wedding intimate? How would you go about this in a tasteful way? Thank you
Should I pay my co-worker for making my wedding invitations?
I just need a little help on figuring this out. I asked my co worker who is the graphic designer of our department to make my wedding invitations. Now when I say " make" I mean I bought a few kits from Micheal's the craft store and asked him to type up the info I gave him and print out the invitations the response and reception cards. I am extremely grateful to him and when I asked how much I should pay him he refused telling me that it wasnt a big deal. I guess not to him it would've taken me forever its going to take him like a 1 2 hr. I feel like I should give him something for taking the time to help me and for saving hundreds of dollars. Do you guys think I should give him something if so then what?P.S. I wasn't planning on invitng him to the wedding because I know for sure that my family and friends aren't his kind of people so I don't want to invite him and have him feel obligated to come so I feel like I should really give him something

We are getting married in June and are looking at a guest list of 250. I'd like to order personalized invitations of good quality and that will come out looking professionally done that won't be too expensive. Homemade Wedding Invitations vs Non-Homemade Invites?
I am having a very difficult time finding wedding invitations, I don't know where to look anymore. I have a general " fantasy" theme, main color is blue, also having inspiration from some Asian Themes. I was considering making my own, but I am unsure of where I can get them printed, whether or not it will be expensive, and if it will turn out okay.In your opinion, do you prefer homemade invites? Or do you think they turn out boring, and cheap looking?
